Delivery times are estimated and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before [14:00] between Mon - Thurs are usually dispatched the same or next working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Mainland UK
  • [Optional: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands – add any surcharges or exclusions if needed]

We do not currently ship internationally.

We use trusted couriers including [APC, Royal Mail, DPD, etc.] depending on the size and weight of your items.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fishing@churchgate-lakes.com or 01245 921 555. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

2. In-Store Collection (Click & Collect)

Prefer to collect your order? You can choose Click & Collect during checkout.

Collection Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: [07:00 – 19:00]
  • Sunday: [09:00 – 17:00]

How it Works:

  1. Place your order online.
  2. Choose "Collect in Store" at checkout.
  3. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
  4. Bring your confirmation email and ID to collect.

Orders are usually ready within [1 working day], unless otherwise specified.

3. Uncollected Orders

Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded unless prior arrangements are made. Restocking fees may apply on special items.
