Returns Policy - Churchgate Tackle

At Churchgate Tackle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we're here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

• You have 28 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
• You have the right to return your product 14 days after this has been delivered.
• Item mist be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
• A Proof of Purchase (Receipt or order number) is required.
• Certain items are Non-Returnable, including:
  • Bait (Live or Frozen)
  • Customised or Special-order items
  • Sale Items

 

2. How to Return

To return an item:

1. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.
2. Please also email us proof of postage to fishing@churchgate-lakes.com. 

 

3. Returns

• Once we received your return and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If Approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Fault or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
